SBI® is a program connecting local small businesses to the resources and management expertise of UCF's College of Business Administration and the Florida SBDC at UCF.
For one semester, a team of UCF MBA and qualified business students, taught by UCF faculty and supervised by FSBDC Consultants, will provide management consulting services tailored to fit the needs of your business. 
 
Sample projects include: 

  • Advertising Strategy 
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Customer Survey
  • Feasibility Studies 
  • Financial analysis
  • Marketing Plans 
  • Market Research
  • Strategic Plans

Program Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years operating experience
  • Generated $500k+ in annual revenue
  • Willing to meet with student team at least six times during the semester
  • Business located in Orange or Seminole Counties or willing to meet with students at UCF
