Dave’s House Party

Join us for our 7^th annual party with a cause – kicking off our spotlight on serious mental illness (SMI). Together, we’ll advocate for ending homelessness for men and women with SMI through Mental Illness Awareness Week, October 3-9.

Dave’s House Party will be a lively evening of paying it forward to help people in our community at The Acre Orlando, an outdoor venue with plenty of open space. We’ll enjoy music, tapas-style food, drinks and entertainment at this urban sanctuary in College Park. You’ll enjoy its perfect combination of outdoor rustic charm and Orlando whimsy.

Be Somebody’s Someone, your way! Join us in-person – we’ll be adhering to all pandemic safety protocols, with a maximum of 150 people. If you prefer to join us online, we’ll be live streaming the program.

We’ll be celebrating our residents’ successes, highlighting our programs of people helping people and sharing details on our work’s progress. Everyone can bid to win at our online silent and live auctions, showcasing some of Central Florida’s best businesses and services.

Dave’s House Party is our primary annual fundraising event. Sponsorships, business partnerships and ticket proceeds help expand our programs to provide the stability of affordable permanent supportive housing for more people with serious mental illness as well as enhance our programs providing ongoing life skills training for our residents.
