OCOEE, Fla. – City of Ocoee residents will have the chance to provide feedback about the city’s parks and recreation programs. The city is updating its Comprehensive Plan and the Parks, Recreation, & Trails Master Plan and is asking residents to take an online community survey.
The survey, which the city is conducting in partnership with the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, will provide questions focusing on city parks, recreation and trails. The city is asking citizens to give their thoughts on existing parks, recreational programs and special events. Results from the survey will be used to guide future decisions on programming and how to improve the city’s park system.
The Parks & Rec Community Survey is online at www.ocoee.org under the “Quick Links” menu. The direct link is https://ocoeeparksnrec.metroquest.com. For residents that do not have access to a computer, they may stop by Ocoee City Hall to take the survey on a city computer. City Hall is open on Mondays – Thursdays, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Fridays, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The online survey will be open through the end of October.
