By Joe Alarie, WOCC Chairman

At the West Orange Chamber, we are always aiming to help our members make meaningful business connections. In many cases this means providing opportunities to connect with your fellow members to collaborate on mutually beneficial business partnerships. We also strive to bring great business leaders to you for entertaining and educational presentations. A pair of these valuable events is coming up in October.

Next Wednesday, October 3, Dillon Knight Kalkhurst joins us for Lunch and Learn – Intergenerational Engagement: Understanding the Five Generations in Today’s Economy. Knight Kalkhurst is an Intergenerational Engagement expert, with over 25 years’ experience helping Fortune 500 companies, national nonprofit organizations, school districts, and their families navigate internal and external generational communications challenges. Attendees will enjoy an engaging presentation and discussion that will offer ideas on how to bridge the gaps between each generation.

On Tuesday, October 16, seize the opportunity to meet one of the most accomplished women in sports, as Donna Orender joins us for the next Celebrating Extraordinary Women event. Orender is known for leadership roles with the WNBA and PGA Tour, as well as her 2016 TEDx Talks appearance. Mark your calendar to be at Oakland Meeting Hall for this highly anticipated, women's-only event!

We hope you’ll join us and take advantage of these opportunities to take your business to new heights. Visit our Events Calendar to keep up with all of the business-building opportunities available to you as a WOCC member!

Sincerely,

Joe Alarie
