This professional development luncheon will feature esteemed keynote speaker, success coach, and author, Simon T. Bailey, in conjunction with the graduation ceremony for the 2023-2024 Leadership West Orange Program.

The Celebrating Leadership Luncheon will be an opportunity to show the West Orange Chamber of Commerce’s dedication to fostering leadership growth and empowerment within the community.

The graduation of the 2023-2024 Leadership West Orange Class, presented by AdventHealth and Duke Energy, represents the culmination of business leaders coming together to embark on an enlightening educational journey. This annual program aims to raise awareness of key elements of the economy within Central Florida through a series of monthly classes, featuring lectures, tours, and behind-the-scenes activities. Leadership West Orange is not just an educational program; it’s a hands-on experience that equips participants with the skills and knowledge needed to make a positive impact in their industry and community.

Since its inception, the Leadership West Orange Program has seen over 400 local leaders successfully complete the months-long program and become graduates. These graduates have gone on to play pivotal roles in shaping the West Orange community and beyond, demonstrating the program’s effectiveness in cultivating and empowering strong, capable leaders.
