The West Orange Foundation, a charitable arm of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, aims to expand community reach, streamline philanthropic efforts, and engage more businesses. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting local non-profits and their employees who positively impact the West Orange community.

The mission of the West Orange Foundation is to enhance the quality of life in our community so that it is a highly sought-after place to live, work, and do business.
The Foundation aims to extend its influence and impact throughout the community. This includes not only providing financial support through philanthropy, but also actively engaging with the community through various outreach programs. The goal is to touch as many lives as possible and make a positive impact in West Orange County.
The West Orange Foundation is able to fund scholarships for students in West Orange County thanks to the generosity of the Chamber members and foundation supporters listed below. Program administration and implementation is done in partnership with the West Orange Chamber of Commerce.
Leadership West Orange (LWO) plays a pivotal role in fostering civic engagement and leadership development within our community. Emphasizing sectors such as government, health, and education, the program provides participants with invaluable insights and hands-on experiences.
Each year, selected candidates undergo comprehensive training, starting with an orientation in September and culminating in a graduation ceremony the following June. This initiative nurtures future leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge vital for making a positive impact in West Orange.
