Tajiana Ancora-Brown, Director of External Affairs, Walt Disney World

Tajiana Ancora-Brown has served as Director of External Affairs for Walt Disney World since 2018. In this role, she leads strategic communications, issue management, and oversees the organization’s philanthropy efforts across Central Florida. Prior to joining Disney, she held senior leadership roles in state government, including Chief of Staff for the Florida Department of Revenue and key communications and policy positions within the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Executive Office of Governor Rick Scott. Ancora-Brown is an active community leader, serving on multiple nonprofit boards, and holds degrees from Florida State University and the University of Miami School of Business.

Sharon Smoley, Founder, Central Florida Public Affairs

Sharon Smoley is the founder of Central Florida Public Affairs (CFPA) and a seasoned public affairs professional with more than 20 years of experience in government relations and community engagement across Central Florida. She has led impactful policy and advocacy initiatives for organizations including the Orlando Economic Partnership, Charter Communications, and Walt Disney World. Known for building strong coalitions and advancing complex regional issues, Sharon has worked across industries such as tourism, healthcare, and technology. Her leadership has helped shape key initiatives that strengthen the region’s business climate and quality of life. In addition to her professional work, Sharon is deeply committed to community service, actively serving on numerous boards and advisory committees.

Tanya Spencer, Executive Coach & Owner, CMIT Solutions

Tanya Spencer is a global business leader, executive advisor, and President of CMIT Solutions West Orlando and Kissimmee, delivering IT, cybersecurity, and AI solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. She is also co-founder of Build Lead Succeed LLC, where she advises senior executives on leadership, talent development, and sustainable growth. With more than 30 years of international experience at GE and GE Vernova, Tanya has led high-impact commercial and market expansion strategies across North America and Sub-Saharan Africa. She is known for driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and leading large-scale initiatives in complex markets. Tanya is also deeply committed to advancing leadership excellence and inclusive cultures through her board service and executive development work.
