Celebrating Leadership Luncheon

Join us for the Celebrating Leadership Luncheon—an inspiring event that brings together community and business leaders for an afternoon of connection, recognition, and professional growth. This special gathering offers a valuable opportunity to expand your network while celebrating the impact of leadership in West Orange.

We are proud to recognize and honor the 2025–2026 Leadership West Orange Class, made up of 33 accomplished professionals representing a diverse range of industries and organizations across our community. Throughout the program, these individuals have demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, service, and growth.

The luncheon will also mark the graduation of our Emerging Leaders Program participants, celebrating the next generation of rising professionals who are building the skills, confidence, and connections needed to lead into the future.

Come celebrate their achievements and be part of a program that continues to shape and strengthen leadership in West Orange.
