A groundbreaking cermony was held on August 16, 2024, for the redevelopment of Dyson’s Plaza, a long-standing commercial property located in Historic East Winter Garden Neighborhood. Once completed, the 2,300-square-foot property at 215 Center Street will house two storefronts. The improvements are made possible by a one-time grant issued by the City of Winter Garden Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) in partnership with Orange County Board of County Commissioners. The project is considered ground zero for revitalization of the neighborhood.
