Weather Cancellation Policy
This is a Rain or Shine Event.  No Refunds
Safety is our most important concern. Therefore, if any threatening weather conditions are present on the day of the event (tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain, or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled.

Attendance at or participation in WOCC meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WOCC’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of all events and activities

Bike riding it’s the best way to disconnect, relax and get out of work mode. So join us for the 2nd Tour De Chamber Corporate Bike Ride. This fun recreational 8.2-mile bike loop includes paved sidewalks and a paved bike trail through the neighborhoods of Horizon West. Participants ride at their own pace.

All ride participants will have staggered starts beginning at 5:30 pm. Rest stop at the approximate halfway point, the 4-mile mark, with hydration and snacks. SAG support provided. Helmets and a signed waiver are required for everyone. 

Interested in setting up a team? Teams with 4+ registrations will receive recognition on our registration page and special recognition at the ride. 

No bike? No Problem! Bike rentals from Wheelworks Winter Garden are available. Reservation is required up to November 1
