Welcome to the 32nd class of Leadership West Orange. Today marks the West Orange Foundation’s rollout of the 2025–2026 session for the Leadership West Orange program. Year after year, the Foundation strives to incorporate new and exciting experiences for participants. With the perfect mix of the old and the new, classes remain relevant to our community’s ever-evolving economy and continue to offer unparalleled adventures. Each session entails a combination of lectures, tours, and behind-the-scenes activities. Leadership West Orange is truly a hands-on experience!

Facilitated by the West Orange Chamber of Commerce for over two decades, graduates of the Leadership West Orange program include many prominent and influential business leaders, educators, and elected officials.
