Applications are now closed for the 2026–2027 Leadership West Orange class.

The West Orange Foundation has launched a new session of the Leadership West Orange program, marking the beginning of another exciting year of learning, leadership, and connection. Each year, the program is thoughtfully refreshed with new experiences while preserving the traditions that have made Leadership West Orange a premier leadership program. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the West Orange community through a dynamic blend of interactive discussions, behind-the-scenes tours, exclusive access, and hands-on experiences that add to the uniqueness of this program.

For more than two decades, Leadership West Orange has been facilitated by the West Orange Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, developing informed, engaged, and connected leaders. Its distinguished alumni include business executives, entrepreneurs, educators, nonprofit leaders, and elected officials who continue to make a lasting impact throughout our community.

The application process for the 2027-2028 Leadership West Orange class will open in the Summer of 2027 . Class size is limited, so we encourage you to apply early.
