The MetroPark One Board of Directors is pleased to inform the installation of state-of-the-art LED lights just below the rooftop of our commercial building. The installation of 10 powerful LED area/flood lights uniformly and strategically positioned on all four sides of the building is aimed at providing increased security for owners, tenants, and visitors. The LED lights will be activated automatically every day, casting a bright and secure ambiance over the premises.

This project was approved by the MetroWest Master Association (MWMA) and executed by Strada Electric, with supervision by Sentry Management. It was entirely funded with our condo’s own resources. A well-lit environment not only deters potential security threats but also fosters a sense of comfort and community.

We are proud members of MetroWest, a 35+ yr. 1,800 acre master-planned community in Southwest Orlando, with the main entrance situated on Metrowest Blvd, off Kirkman Road. The community has almost 10,000 residential units, 1.4 million sq. ft. of office space and 762,444 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space. It has been benefited by the construction of the new Universal Park that is greatly expanding the region. Kirkman Road is being widened and extended to serve as the main access road to all Universal Studios parks and the Convention Center.
