OCOEE, Fla. – The City of Ocoee’s summer camp program gives children an opportunity to explore new places and create memories that last a lifetime.  Action-packed summer camp days are filled with adventures including field trips, arts and crafts, swimming, games and sports. 

The Ocoee Parks and Recreation Department will begin accepting summer camp registrations at the Jim Beech Recreation Center on these dates:

  • March 22             Ocoee Residents
  • April 5                  Open Enrollment for Residents and Non-Residents

The summer camp is open to children ages 5 to 12. A child must be 5 years old and entering the first grade to meet the minimum age requirement.  The camp will be held in five sessions from June 1 through August 6 at the Jim Beech Recreation Center.

For Ocoee residents, the cost of the camp for a two-week session is $150 for the first child, and $140 for each additional child.  For non-residents, the cost of the camp for a two-week session is $190 for the first child, and $160 for each additional child. The registration fee is $25 per child.  The cost for field trips is not included in the camp tuition fee.
