Last week, the U.S. Treasury and Small Business Administration released the long-awaited loan forgiveness application for the PPP loan. These agencies recently provided clarification that loans under $2 million would be considered as meeting the good faith certification concerning the necessity of the loan request.  Latest data shows that the U.S. Small Business Administration approved 325,845 PPP loans in Florida (third in the nation), totaling $30.4 billion in approved dollar amounts for Florida businesses (fourth in the nation).
