West Orange Political Alliance Endorses Tiffany Moore Russell for Orange County Mayor
WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — The West Orange Political Alliance (WOPA) is proud to announce its endorsement of Tiffany Moore Russell for Orange County Mayor, along with a slate of state and local candidates who support a strong economy, responsible growth, and a positive business climate.
WOPA supports leaders who understand the needs of the business community, value collaboration, and are committed to making it easier to do business in Orange County. Moore Russell’s priorities — including supporting small businesses and workforce development, improving the efficiency of county government, reducing unnecessary barriers to responsible development, and investing in transportation and infrastructure — align with WOPA’s focus on creating an environment where businesses can grow, create jobs, and invest with confidence.
“Tiffany Moore Russell brings years of experience as an elected official and a strong understanding of how Orange County government works and the opportunities and challenges facing our community,” said Jeff Jonasen, Chair of the West Orange Political Alliance. “Her experience, leadership, and ability to bring people together and work collaboratively with both the public and private sectors will serve Orange County well. We believe she will bring a thoughtful, balanced approach to the Mayor’s office while helping create an environment where businesses and communities can thrive.”
In addition to its endorsement of Moore Russell, WOPA has endorsed pro-business candidates in several state and local races. View the complete list of WOPA-endorsed candidates at WOChamber.com/WOPAEndorsements-2.
WOPA’s endorsement process includes a review of candidate qualifications, candidate questionnaires, and interviews conducted by members of the WOPA Board. Endorsements are based on each candidate’s experience and positions on issues important to the West Orange business community.
The General Election will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Orange County voters may cast their ballots by mail, during early voting, or at their assigned polling place on Election Day. WOPA encourages voters to learn more about the candidates and issues on the ballot, make a plan to vote, and make their voices heard.
