Young Professionals Group

We are excited to share that the West Orange Chamber of Commerce will be growing our Young Professionals Group in 2026 following a successful pilot of the group in 2025, and we would love for you or a member of your team to be involved!

This group is open to any Chamber member age 40 and under who is interested in networking, building relationships, professional development, and becoming more engaged in the Chamber and the broader West Orange business community. If you are unable to participate, we encourage you to nominate someone from your organization who is eligible and would benefit from this opportunity.

The Young Professionals Group will:

• Incorporate a professional development component into every meeting or event
• Provide meaningful networking opportunities with peers and community leaders
• Serve as a pipeline to identify and develop future Chamber and community leaders

Our goal is to cultivate the next generation of business and civic leadership while offering valuable education, connections, and visibility to participants and their organizations.

This group will meet on the second Monday of each month, alternating between two formats:

• Breakfast Meeting (8:00-9:00 AM) – Held at Eggs Up Grill in Winter Garden, this takes place every other month. January 12, March 9, May 11, July 13, Sept 14, Nov 9 (Breakfast included thanks to Luminary Tax Advisors)
• Afternoon Professional Development/Social (4:30-6:00 PM) – Held on the alternating months at a location to be determined each month. Feb 9, April 13, June 8, Aug 10, Oct 12, Dec 14 (looking for a company to cover some appetizers for the afternoon meetings)

Regular attendance is expected, as space is limited. There is no cost to join the group and it is only open to members. We will mix and mingle with other young professional groups throughout the year.
