Annual Mardi Gras Menu Runs Through February 16th, Fat Tuesday


Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group has announced Burntwood Tavern’s Annual Mardi Gras menu which runs through February 16th, Fat Tuesday. Available at all ten Ohio and four Florida locations, the New Orleans-themed menu will offer Cajun specialty food and drink.


“We are excited to bring flavorful dishes and classic cocktails to our guests with our Mardi Gras celebration menu,” said Bret Adams, owner and founder of Burntwood Tavern. “During the winter months, it’s nice to savor some spicy New Orleans style cooking right here in our community.”

Mardi Gras menu offerings include crawfish cakes with creole mustard sauce, seafood gumbo, shrimp po’boy sandwich and jambalaya.
Scratch-made pecan pie is an exclusive dessert to the limited time menu. Burntwood Tavern also offers the hurricane cocktail, a signature drink special for the season, which consists of dark rum and lime, pineapple and orange juice.


Following Fat Tuesday, all Burntwood Tavern locations will feature Friday fish specials for the observance of Lent.
