5:00 PM – Guest Arrival

5:15 PM – Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

  • Welcome remarks
  • Official ribbon cutting x 2.

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  • Full event experience
  • Bar, charcuterie, passed appetizers
  • 360 photo booth active
  • Face painting setup available

6:30 PM – Champagne Toast

  • Coordinated toast with monogrammed glasses

6:45 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Continued networking, tours, engagement, resident give-away 1 per household, and pool jump-in.
