The West Orange Chamber of Commerce announced the hire of Artena Greene as their new Government & Community Relations Manager, and Kristin Feigel as their new Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Artena was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Her family relocated to the Orlando area when her sister graduated from boot camp at the Naval Training Center, now known as Baldwin Park. Kristin is originally from a small town in Upstate New York and moved to Orlando 32 years ago.

Artena comes to the Chamber after serving as Legislative Aide to Florida House of Representative Kamia Brown. Previously, she spent eighteen years working with U.S. Senator Bill Nelson as a Senior Advisor and Director of Orlando Operations. Prior to transitioning to a career of service, Greene was a director of store operations for a division of stores in the outlet mall division of SaraLee. “I am looking forward to working with the community and continuing the wonderful work of the West Orange Chamber,” said Greene. In her new role, Greene will liaise with legislative and local leaders, monitor issues related to economic and workforce development, as well as community matters specific to West Orange County.

Kristin’s background is in hospitality, where she was an Executive Assistant. She worked at the Buena Vista Palace Resort & Spa for 22 years and Diamond Resorts for 6 years. “It’s exciting for me to be working alongside an exceptional team who truly care and have done so much with the community. I personally look forward to contributing to the accomplishments yet to come,” said Kristin about joining the Chamber.
