WINTER GARDEN – The West Orange Chamber of Commerce announced the hire of Carrie Acosta as their new Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Carrie has lived in Apopka, FL for 25 years, with her husband and 3 children. She became a Realtor in 2013 and throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of Central Florida, and built a strong network within her community. “Seeking to utilize my background, experience, and knowledge of the communities in and around West Orange County, I felt that this role, and the opportunity to work with businesses that make it a great place to live, was a natural fit.” Said Acosta. “I look forward to leveraging my skillset in business relations and community engagement to support the Chamber’s initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and prosperity of the Chamber and our vibrant community.” In her free time, Acosta enjoys cycling on the West Orange Trail, and visiting the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive with her family.

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will contribute to the growth and success of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce by working closely with the President/CEO with regard to the governance of the organization to the Board of Directors, Trustees and Members. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the office, building and grounds of the West Orange Chamber and
